​We will ship your order within 2-4 business days after receipt unless otherwise notified.  Each item is carefully inspected, packed, and shipped via UPS ground or U.S. Postal Service. Smaller items i.e. jewelry ships via USPS Small Flat rate box or Regional A box. Larger items i.e. shoes/bags ships via UPS or USPS, whichever cheaper. KVZ Designs is not responsible for delays caused by weather or the shipping service used. If you do not receive your order within 14 days, please contact us. We cannot credit for orders not received after 21 days if we have shipped and tracking information shows delivery has been made.
